Alison Turnbull Associates is an award winning public art consultancy founded in 2014 by Alison Turnbull following a career in the education, design and construction industries.

We specialize in bringing together talented teams to develop and implement over-arching strategies and cultural place-making programmes, the commissioning of public and private artworks.

We established our sister company Half Moon Creative Arts CIC as a mechanism to bring cultural place-making to communities, companies and groups seeking to engage with artists and creative activity. Our board is currently comprised of Madeleine Knight and Jonathan Polley. Jon is the director of Studio 55 Architects Ltd and Madeleine has a background in development.

The heart of our practice is about placing creativity at the centre of great place-making. Meaningful involvement of individuals and groups, making art, developing skills, making connections to enhance quality of life and make places sustainable.
